Terms for Orders
- According to Ohio State Law, we must charge sales tax to orders shipped to Ohio Addresses.
- Credit Cards will not be charged until the order is shipped. Once the order is shipped, an email confirmation will be sent to the customer.
- Shipping is FREE for orders over $100 with normal delivery times. Shipping for orders under $100 is only $6.95.
- Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days and delivery within 7-10 days, depending on location. Order processing and shipping for larger items (EX: 4'x6' rugs) may take 2-3 weeks from the time of the order. An email will be sent shortly after the order with the estimated shipping time.
- Feel free to call if earlier delivery is needed. Items in stock may ship more quickly. Quicker delivery may incur extra shipping charges.
- While we try to keep the images on the website current, the images on the actual rugs may be slightly different. The images will always be the latest Licensed image/Logo from each College. We will notify you if the Logo is greatly different from what is displayed.
Terms for Returns
- Products may be returned for any reason. We are committed to your complete satisfaction!
- Returned products must be in original condition or a 25% damage charge will apply. If there is a problem with the product, please return it and it will be replaced free of charge. Please email or call for authorization.
- ALL returns must have a return Authorization or a 25% restocking fee will be charged. To get the return authorization, please email or call us within 14 days of receiving the order.
- Returns requesting a refund must be returned within 30 days of receiving the order. Customer must pay shipping to return the product.
- Once return is received the refund will be credited to your credit card within 14 days. If the order was paid by check or money order, a refund check will be sent 14 days after clearing.

Why is there a strange odor from the wool rug when I opened it?
As with any handmade rug it is not unusual that when it is unwrapped there may be a moth ball odor. This is for preservation during shipping and storage. After unwrapping, if there is an odor, unroll the rug and let it sit for a day or so and the odor will dissipate. You may speed up the process by spraying Febreze on it. Spot clean by blotting with 50/50 warm water and white vinegar. Steam clean for overall cleaning. Each rug is guaranteed of defects in workmanship or material and may be exchanged for the same item within 3 days of delivery.
