Here is an example of an On-Site Cove Base Creation. This was done for a Best Western Hotel renovation in Michigan. We have no problems traveling to any large sites such as this because of our portable equipment.
First the carpet is cut and trimmed to the desired width. (usually about 4").
Then the binding tape is sewn on the strips.
The strips are then rolled for ease of installation.
The completed rolls are stacked and ready for installation.
